In a world that looks upon the “Watch Car Battle League” (WBL) to find the ‘Watch Car’ that reigns supreme, the previous season’s champion, the “Black-Emperor Kai” faces the challenge of 12 contestants with their 12 ‘Watch Cars’. Meanwhile, a dark organization known as the ‘Rangers of Darkness’ begin their nefarious plan to rid the world of ‘Watch Cars’.
