In the ‘Kamon Kingdom’ humans and monsters live together, where riding monster carts against each other in a battle race called ‘Monkart’ has become so loved it is considered a national sport. In a small rural town, our hero ‘Jin’ dreams of entering the ‘Force Car Grand Prix’ and winning in order to become a knight.
One day in a fated meeting, Jin meets princess Sena who is currently running away from the knight Destro because he has his eyes set on the throne. In this encounter, Jin activates his monsword which awakens the legendary dragon monster “Draca’ from within. To achieve his goals of becoming the greatest knight, he embarks on an adventure with his friends to return peace back to the kingdom.
The animation Monkart is full of characters with strong individuality, heart pounding cart racing, transforming robot battles and thrill seeking action adventures. This has drawn a lot of popularity for the series and the related toys features an automatic transformation sequence started by an aim and shoot action.
